DELIVERY CHARGES

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, and ordering as simple as possible our posting charges are as follows:

UK (including Isle of Man):   Orders up to £150 - flat rate delivery £5.00 / Orders over £150 - free

Europe (including Channel Islands): Orders up to £175 - flat rate delivery £10.00 / Orders over £175 - free

USA & Canada: Orders up to £200 - flat rate deliver £10.00 / Orders over £200 - free

Australia & New Zealand: Orders up to £200 - flat rate delivery £17.00 / Orders over £200 - free

We will send items by Royal Mail, by first class or standard international delivery as customers have told us that ‘signed for’ packages are inconvenient.

If you have ordered various items, we may decide to split them into more than one parcel.

We aim to despatch all orders within a few days (but please see notes below).

KITS

We aim to hold our kits in stock at all time, but if there has been high demand and we need to bring in new components to complete your kit we will let you know by email - normally we can restock and send within 21 days.  In any event we will inform you by email that your order has been despatched.

WOOL

We try to stock all colours of both crewel and tapestry wool at all times, but if there has been high demand of a particular shade we may have to re-order and in that case we will contact you.  If you require a large quantity of a particular shade (usually for background) we will order it in specially for you to ensure that the wool is from the same batch.  If this is the case we should be able to despatch the wool within 21 days.

RETURNS

Kits

We want you to be happy with your kit/s.  If, when you receive it, you are not fully satisfied, return the kit to us within four weeks, and on receipt, as long as it is in the same condition as when despatched, we will refund you in full.

I am afraid we cannot reimburse any delivery costs.

Wool and Threads

If you are dis-satisfied with any wool or other threads, we will accept returns as long as it is received by us in the same condition in which it was sent to you, within four weeks.  We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned wool/threads.

The exception to the above is if we have had to order in the wool/threads specially for you when we cannot accept returns.  

I am afraid we cannot reimburse any delivery costs.

Books and Other items

We do not accept returns of these.
